The WebClient Add to Gallery dialog is displayed whenever you right click on a group of thumbnails and select "Add to Gallery..." from the popup menu.
Gallery Name. Select the name of an existing gallery in which to include the selected thumbnail(s).
Add. Click this button to add the selected thumbnail(s) to the gallery.
Close. Click this button to close the Add to Gallery dialog.
